Emily Berrington admits she is going to feel ''embarrassed'' when her parents watch her on the big screen in 'The Inbetweeners 2' because there are some cringeworthy moments.
Emily Berrington is embarrassed about her parents seeing 'The Inbetweeners 2'.
The 27-year-old actress stars in the comedy sequel - which sees four friends, played by James Buckley, Simon Bird, Joe Thomas and Blake Harrison, go backpacking in Australia - and though she won't stop her family tuning in, she thinks they need to be warned about the raunchy humour.
She said: ''I don't want to give away any good gags but there's a scene with some drunk snogging that I remember thinking as we filmed it, 'I look forward to Mum and Dad having to watch this.'
''I'm sure I'll be embarrassed for some of it, but my family are so excited about seeing the film, I couldn't possibly deny them that chance. I think they'll be cool about it, but maybe I should warn them about a few things first.''
Emily admits she was often ''amazed'' they got any filming done because the guys are so fond of practical jokes.
She added to LOOK magazine: ''Being a part of 'The Inbetweeners' feels exactly like watching it - all the practical jokes and the way the boys take the p**s out of each other is real. No joke is off limits as long as it's funny so the boundaries get pushed very far.
''They were easily as funny as I expected and there were days where I was amazed we managed to film anything at all. They make it their mission to put each other off.
''One of the longest-running gags was that every time action was called, James would fart. So obviously everyone would start laughing, but if you're trapped in a little tepee with a Buckley fart, you get a bit cross too.''
