Just another reason to look forward to Sunday night.
Eminem and Rihanna have signed on to perform at the MTV Movie Awards this year, MTV has just announced. They will step out on stage together to perform their chart-topping hit The Monster at Sunday’s event, before embarking on their summer tour together. This will be their first live performance of the Marshall Mathers LP 2 single. On its release, the album reached No. 1 on the Billboard chart.
Rihanna will join Eminem onstage for the first time this Sunday.
The duo join previously announced performers Twenty One Pilots with their new single Car Radio and Ellie Goulding and Zedd, who will join forces to perform Beating Heart and Find You. The full list of performers is yet to be revealed.
In the meantime, Slim has certainly been keeping busy. Last week, he released a behind-the-scenes video for The Monster music video shoot. In it, Em remains as stone-faced as ever, as he runs through a few of the most iconic videos of his career. “Redoing this scene actually brings back no memories for me because I don't remember it," he joked to the camera.
Eminem isn't really the sentimental type.
And finally, for any diehard fans out there – or any fans really – Eminem has a new video on the way. He recently wrapped filming for Headlights, and even shared a moment from set. Over the weekend, he posted an Instagram of him and Spike Lee, along with the caption, "Spike came out to The D for the 'Headlights' video...Coming soon."
There's half of a great satire here, as Seth Rogen, James Franco and Evan Goldberg...
