Good news, musical theatre nerds! If you missed Emma Stone’s original run as Sally Bowles in Cabaret, her stay at the Roundabout Theater Company has been extended with two more weeks. Her final performance will be on February 19th.  Tickets for the final weeks of performances are now on sale at the Roundabout Theater’s website.

Emma Stone
Thanks to Emma Stone's success in Cabaret, The Roundabout Theater has extended her stay.

It’s no surprise that Stone is staying on in her role as the iconic Fraulein Sally Bowles, for which she’s received rave reviews since replacing Michelle Williams back in November. Stone’s name was originally attached to the production while it was in development, but she had to bow out due to scheduling conflicts. This is Stone’s Broadway debut, but we might be seeing more of her onstage this year, as well as her roles in upcoming projects by Woody Allen and Cameron Crowe.

She stars opposite Alan Cumming, who returned as the Emcee after portraying the same role in Roundabout’s 1998 staging of the show. Cumming will stay through to the end of Cabaret’s run on March 29th although the actress to replace Stone in the final week of performances is yet to be announced. The Cabaret cast also includes Tony nominees Danny Burstein (Follies) and Linda Emond (Death of a Salesman).
