The Public Enemy star was booked on misdemeanor driving under the influence, speeding and cocaine charges following a traffic stop in Las Vegas in May (15).

The new trial date comes on the same day the rapper, real name William Drayton, pleaded guilty to one count of driving without a license and was sentenced to time served and ordered to pay a fine of around $3,600 (£2,250) for driving on a suspended license and speeding in New York in January, 2014.

Flav maintained he was racing to get to his mother's funeral.
