The 40 year old, a co-owner of diamond merchants Rafaello & Co., died on 20 July (15) from injuries sustained in the incident, which took place the night before (19Jul15), near his home in Queens.

The subway train operator, 46, has been charged with second-degree murder, second-degree murder with depraved indifference and leaving the scene of an accident, after surveillance footage appeared to show Jordan deliberately backing into Aranbayev and driving off.

Cops believe the two men had been arguing over a parking spot.
