Thanks to their Superbowl performance, ‘A Head Full Of Dreams’ has topped the UK album chart, 10 weeks after its release.
Coldplay are this week’s number one in the UK album chart, after a 10 week wait. A Head Full Of Dreams has finally made it to the top spot in the album chart, following the British band’s Superbowl performance last weekend.
Coldplay are at number one with A Head Full Of Dreams.
A Head Full Of Dreams was released on December 4th 2015, when the world was still swept up in Adele fever, with 25 keeping the album off the number one spot. This week’s chart gives the band their seventh UK number one album, with all their studio releases now having hit the top spot.

We preview some of the top acts on the bill this year.
Summer festival season kicks into high gear this weekend with the first big event of the calendar taking place on the south coast. Tens of thousands of people will be heading to Seaclose Park on the Isle of Wight for a bill, which is top heavy on heritage acts that bring with them a sense of nostalgia. While recent years have welcomed the likes of Jay-Z, Calvin Harris and Kings Of Leon to headline, this time round it seems big names with an even bigger back catalogue are being used as the main attraction.
However, many of the headline acts seem to be experiencing a renaissance of sorts. For example, Blur, whose new album 'The Magic Whip', their first since 2003, has won critical acclaim. The former Britpop poster boys will take to the Main Stage on Saturday night in the knowledge that this is one of the first times that UK crowds will get to see this new material given the live treatment. You can expect a set heavy on those new songs, but peppered with all the classic singles, certainly a formula for a memorable festival appearance. It's a similar story for The Prodigy who'll headline the Main Stage on Friday after The Black Keys. Both acts have played the festival in recent years and here they're repeating the joint top billing that was given to Biffy Clyro and Calvin Harris last year. As with Blur, The Prodigy's new album, 'The Day Is My Enemy', has revived interest in the band following an extended period out of the spotlight. Elsewhere, Fleetwood Mac will bring proceedings to a close on Sunday, bolstered by the return of Christine McVie to the band, a set covering Rumours era gems like 'Don't Stop' and 'Songbird' is a strong possibility.
Real name Louisa Rose Allen, she performed seven live shows in different cities within a twelve hour period to clinch the title.
British singer Foxes has forced her way into the book of Guinness World Records for the most live concerts performed in a 12 hour period in different cities.
The 26 year old singer, real name Louisa Rose Allen, undertook a series of seven live shows in the south of England on Wednesday May 27th, driving to each in a new Citroen C1 model.
Allen undertook the mammoth ordeal in order to raise money for the cancer charity Trekstock. She kicked off in University of Southampton Students' Union, before heading to: Brighton, Guildford, Reading, Oxford, High Wycombe and London.

Expect some extraordinary upcoming talent from one of the festival's most diverse showcases.
Austin's 2015 SXSW Festival draws ever nearer, with a line-up already rich in upcoming talent and vibrant diversity. There's something for everyone at this iconic citywide musical celebration, and nothing encompasses that more than Hype Machine's Hype Hotel Presented by Feed the Beat spot.
Hype Hotel is set to return to SXSW for 2015
Now heading into its fourth year, we can expect Hype Hotel to be full of yet more talented new bands and artists for 2015. Selected by a variety of different music blogs, the line-up is awash with the very best of all genres including indie, rock, pop, electronic, rap and R&B, who entertain fans of different ages and cultures for five days during the event, which this year takes place from March 17th to 22nd.
Zedd reveals that his perfectionism came out in full force during 2013 tour.
Grammy winning electronic artist Zedd went on a 'life-changing' US headline tour in 2013 which he aptly titled 'Moment Of Clarity'. However, as packed out as the venues were, it certainly wasn't always plan sailing for the then newcomer.
Zedd was a diva on his US tour
Zedd released his debut album 'Clarity' in October 2012 on which appeared his Platinum single of the same name featuring Foxes and was soon followed up by the Remixes EP. The album reached number two in the US Dance charts, bringing on his first major tour which he followed in a telling documentary.
After the music mogul heard the 25 year-old's cover of 'Happy,' she was offered the chance to be the opening act on his upcoming 25-date European tour.
British singer Foxes has been offered to open for Pharrell Williams after covering his huge hit 'Happy.'
The 25 year-old mashed together the track with Massive Attack's Teardrop to create a subdued, gloomy sounding version on Radio 1 in March.
The cover was met with huge praise, and after the 41 year-old managed to give it a listen, he contacted Foxes to propose the new opportunity.
