Frank Lampard, the Chelsea and England footballer, stars in a hilarious new sketch with the cast of comedy Outnumbered for Sport Relief. Lampard and young star Ramona Marquez filmed the segment during a recent Chelsea football match, while the footballer's girlfriend Christine Bleakley and Ramona's cast-mates filmed a separate scene in the stands, reports the UK's Daily Mail.
In the scene, Ramona - who plays the inquisitive and precocious Karen in the Bbc programme - acts as Lampard's mascot and stands next to him in the tunnel at Stamford Bridge. She muses, "All I know, is, last weekend I heard my Dad shouting that you'd missed a goal that my grandma could have scored". When the midfielder replies, "Well we all miss the occasional easy one", Karen hits back, "Well it must have been really easy because my Granny's got a plastic hip". Afterwards Lampard spoke of his enjoyment at filming with Ramona, saying, "'I'm hoping people enjoy it. If not, they can laugh at my acting skills!". Meanwhile, Christine seemed to be having just as much fun with stars Hugh Dennis, Tiger Drew-Honey and Daniel Roche, saying, "'I was giggling the whole way through".
Lampard and Bleakley aren't the only stars to be taking part in Friday's Sport Relief extravaganza (March 23, 2012). Celebrities set to appear include Gary Lineker, Claudia Winkleman, Davina Mccall, Dermot O Leary, James Corden and FEARNE COTTON.
