Frankie Sandford and Wayne Bridge don't need to worry about the press reporting on their on-off relationship anymore, because they're getting married. The Saturdays singer excitedly revealed the news on her Twitter page, posting a picture of the former Manchester City footballer kissing her on the cheek as she flashed a pretty huge diamond engagement ring on her wedding finger.

Sanford, 24, uploaded the image to Instragram with the caption, "Guess what?!!!" - thousands of fans gave their blessing. The couple have been dating on-and-off since December 2010 and just last month had to slam rumors of an impending engagement. Frankie told OK! Magazine at the time, "He's definitely not going to do it. Everyone else is thinking about it more than I am." Well, he has Frankie, so you're going to just have to deal with being married to a multi-millionaire footballer. It's not clear when or where Wayne proposed, though Sanford and her band-mates attended the Grand National meeting at Aintree racecourse on Thursday, where they opened the three-day meeting with a special live performance.

Bridge is currently on loan at Brighton and Hove Albion from Manchester City, though the left-back could be heading to the south coast permanently if his side win promotion to the Premiership this season. Gus Poyet's team currently sit in the final playoff position.

We here at Contactmusic.com wish Frankie and Wayne all the very best for the future!
