QUEEN superstar Freddie Mercury will be honoured with a lavish 60th birthday bash on 5 September (06), 15 years after he died. Mercury passed away in 1991 after a private battle with AIDS, and will be remembered by his Bohemian Rhapsody bandmates and a host of pals at the celebration. And friends of the moustache-sporting star, who often hit the stage in an ermine-trimmed cape and crown, insist the party will be as flamboyant as the singer himself. Guitarist BRIAN MAY says, "It's going to be big and very flamboyant as you'd expect. "We're celebrating in true Freddie style."
