Gabriel Iglesias, comically known as Fluffy, is one of California's most loved comedy geniuses. Well known for his paunch and penchant for Hawaiian style shirts, he has had audiences howling with laughter since he first burst onto the comedy circuit in 2000 with the Nickelodeon sketch show 'All That' starring Amanda Bynes and Nick Cannon and has even become a lovable presence in films such as 'Planes', 'The Nut Job' and 'A Haunted House 2'. There's simply nothing not to love about this guy, which is precisely the reason he's managed to sell more than 5 million tickets over his comedy tours that have spanned 23 countries and more than 400 international cities.
'The Fluffy Movie' is a documentary encapsulating the incredible success Gabriel Iglesias has experienced for more than a decade. It has been directed by Primetime Emmy winner Manny Rodriguez ('Ellen: The Ellen DeGeneres Show', 'Jeff Dunham: Arguing with Myself'), who has previously directed TV works for Fluffy including 2009's 'Gabriel Iglesias: I'm Not Fat... I'm Fluffy' and 2007's 'Gabriel Iglesias: Hot and Fluffy 2007', as well as the 2011 series 'Gabriel Iglesias Presents Stand-Up Revolution'. The movie is due for release in the US this summer on July 11th 2014.
