Gabrielle Union has left all the planning for her upcoming wedding to her basketball player fiance.
The actress became engaged to Miami Heat's Dwyane Wade shortly before Christmas (13), and they will reportedly exchange vows later this year (13).
Union now admits she has relinquished control and left her partner to do all the planning, even comparing him to hands-on groom Kanye West, who married reality Tv star Kim Kardashian in Italy last month (May14).
She tells People.com, "I am the girl that would just rather be at a sports bar with a cold beer... We are pretty deep (into the wedding planning), and by 'we,' I mean he and the wedding planner. Once he realised I was trying to turn it into a frat party with beer pong he would take over. He really 'Kanye-d' himself and really doubled down - I'm really just along for the ride!"
