The excitement for 'Game Of Thrones' season 6 is out of control now; not only are we seeing signs of Jon Snow potentially being alive, but now his brother Bran has returned despite us having seen nothing of him for an entire season. What can this mean for the sibling duo? And just what mysterious secrets has Bran learnt from the three-eyed raven?

Kit Harington in Game Of ThronesWill Bran save Jon Snow?

We thought the appearance of Kit Harington on the promo poster for 'Game Of Thrones' was exciting enough, with it apparently confirming fan suspicions that he survived his betrayal in season 5 which only grew with the actor being spotted on the show's set in Wales, but now that his little brother Bran has returned we don't know where to start with the anticipation.

Yep, Isaac Hempstead Wright was easily glimpsed in the new teaser for season 6, albeit looking a little scary because of his Warg nature (those white eyes!) and stated: 'They have no idea what's going to happen'. It's an amusing line in the circumstances, with viewers and fans of the George R.R. Martin books voicing their weird and wonderful speculations all over the internet. It suggests that what's to come won't be expected by anyone, even the avid readers.

More: Is Jon Snow alive?

All we know for sure is that Snow was left to die after a brutal stabbing, and Bran joined the Children of the Forest in season 4 having finally met the three eyed raven who told him that he would fly. Will he save his brother with his mysterious powers? Or will the three-eyed raven stop him? After all, 'The past is already written'. Max von Sydow returns as the voice of this wise bird in the upcoming season. But other than that, like Bran says, we have 'no idea what's going to happen'.

The first episode of 'Game Of Thrones' season 6 will arrive on HBO in April 2016.
