'West Side Story' star George Chakiris is snapped signing pictures for fans at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood where he is set to see the opening night of Andrew Lloyd Webber stage production 'The Wizard Of Oz'.
79-year-old Chakiris won an Academy Award in 1961 for Best Actor in a Supporting Role, for his part as Bernardo in 10-times Oscar winning musical 'West Side Story' directed by Jerome Robbins and Robert Wise. He also won a Golden Globe for his role the following year and was nominated with the rest of the cast at the 1962 Grammys.
