"I feel for any woman who has that natural biological longing, it's tough. I'd got to thinking I have a child, my husband has a daughter and accepting this is our lot.

"Then Monty came naturally. Bluebell is sweet with him. Helps me change his nappy, pushes the pram."

The star married Principal of the Red Bull Racing Formula One team Christian, 43, in May 2015 after a whirlwind romance having met in February 2014.

The star - who featured on Celebrity Bake Off - has previously described Monty as her "gift" and hinted that there could be room for one more baby.

Her daughter, Bluebell Madonna, was born in 2006 after a fling with journalist and screenwriter, Sacha Gervasi.

Speaking about her daughter as she grows up, Geri said: "She's at an age where they're all comparing their bodies.

"I can't control that, but I can give her the facts of healthy eating, tell her diets don't work. I try to give her confidence to love her body."

Geri, who suffered with eating disorder bulimia while part of the 1990s group, Spice Girls, added: "Worrying about the size of your thighs takes up so much of your twenties. It's a shame."
