That January diet is always a struggle for everyone, but count your blessings that you're not living in the Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen household. These guys are strictly organic, natural foods only - and that goes for their children as well. True, Bündchen and Brady do have incredible figures, but is all this really worth it?

Tom Brady And Gisele BündchenIt's not easy to look this good

In a word, 'no'. However, if you're desperate to eat as clean as a supermodel, look no further than this svelte power couple.

First of all, you can forget about white bread, white rice, pasta, cereal and soft drinks. In fact, anything with white flour, white sugar and MSG are banned. Plus, caffeine, dairy products and even mushrooms are against these guys' clean-eating habits (that's any kind of fungus-based product, so there goes your Quorn!). As for junk food and sweets, they're an absolute no-no. Don't even look at it. Brady calls Coca-Cola 'poison for kids' - and don't even think about having Frosted Flakes for breakfast.

Brady makes sure his diet is beneficial to the max - and even refuses to eat nightshades because they can cause inflammation. 'So no tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, or eggplants', says private chef Allen Campbell to Boston. 'Tomatoes trickle in every now and then, but just maybe once a month. I'm very cautious about tomatoes.'

So, what's left? Carb-wise, you're allowed whole grains like brown rice, quinoa and millet, and meat includes steak, duck, chicken and salmon. The rest is purely vegetable based; but only fresh. '80 percent of what they eat is vegetables', Campbell says. 'If it's not organic, I don't use it.'

Also, fruit is allowed - but only just. 'The kids eat fruit', he explains. 'Tom, not so much. He will eat bananas in a smoothie. But otherwise, he prefers not to eat fruits.'

If all you're thinking about is pizza right now, you're not alone.
