Giuliana Rancic - who welcomed son Duke with husband Bill Rancic in August 2012 - would love to expand their family with a daughter.
Giuliana Rancic wants a daughter.
The 'Fashion Police' host and her husband Bill Rancic welcomed son Duke last August via gestational carrier and Giuliana - who underwent a double mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 - would love if they could have a sister for him.
She told In Touch magazine: ''We're open to surrogacy again - and I have embryos ready on ice!
''I'd love a little girl. As a woman, you dream of having a little girl so you can wear the same outfits. It's like having a doll - but it's a real person.
''I'll buy her an American Girl doll and they can wear the same outfit, then I can get an adult version of the outfit so the three of us match. I'd Instagram that all day long!''
Bill previously spoke of their desire to add to their family, and said they were hoping to have a sibling who is close in age to Duke.
He said: ''Well, we're not getting any younger. And everyone we've talked to tells us to keep them close in age so they can really connect and have that bond.
''Everything is in place so we can do that.''
