Fact: Coldplay star Guy Berryman has sold his New York bachelor pad to fashion designer Kaelen Farncombe. The bassist bought the 2nd Street condominium in 2009 for $2.65 million (Gbp1.65 million) and he has sold it at a profit - the property went for $4.15 million (Gbp2.6 million).
