Gwen Stefani says her wardrobe is "work of art".

The No Doubt singer has launched two successful clothing lines - L.A.M.B. and Harajuku Lovers - says she has a huge array of clothes and shoes but has a regular clear-out and gives them away to charity.

She said: "My closest is a work of art. But it needs to be cleared out again. There's a whole wall of shoes - a shameful amount. But I design them and I do wear them. And I put them up for sale at charity auctions."

Gwen - who has two sons, Kingston, five, and three-year-old Zuma, with husband Gavin Rossdale - says she needs a lot of clothes as she dresses differently for her work than when she's with her family.

She said: "If we're at the park, I try not to wear heels. The kids are so gigantic, it would be painful. I always bring back-up shoes."

Gwen also revealed how the boys sometimes make "horrifying" outfits choices, saying: "I'm not strict. I like them to be creative and have fun. I'd love to be part of it, don't; get me wrong. Sometimes they'll get dresses and it's horrifying. But They often come out in awesome outfits."
