Hailee Steinfeld discusses filming in New York and her fellow cast in a red carpet interview during the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of her new movie 'Begin Again', in which she stars alongside Mark Ruffalo, Adam Levine and Keira Knightley.
'It was my first time filming in the city and I'd heard stories before about how crazy it is and how overwhelming it can be but this city is so much more than just a backdrop on our film, it is such a character', she reveals. 'One thing that stood out to me when we were filming was they kept rolling when people were walking on the street and you'd see or hear crazy people walking on the street in New York and they made it into our film and it was amazing because it's real, it's so natural.'
