Campaign bosses running former Happy Mondays star Mark 'Bez' Berry's political party have been fined for not complying with electoral rules.
The We Are The Reality Party chiefs have been fined $2,500 (£1,800) for failing to submit spending records.
Meanwhile, British dancer and singer Bez, who picked up 703 votes in Salford and Eccles, England during the 2015 election, has been accused of ignoring demands to pay an earlier fine.
The star and his We Are The Reality Party partners stand accused of failing to submit a campaign expenditure report and other paperwork required by law.
In a statement obtained by the BBC, Electoral Commission officials acknowledged Bez's party was "relatively small", but stated, "Despite the Commission's ongoing efforts to engage with the party it continues to fail to meet its statutory requirements. The level of the fine reflects this."
