Photographers snap supermodel Heidi Klum as she poses in front of a hoard of white balloons at the launch of her 'Truly Scrumptious' clothing collection at New York Kids Fashion Week. She is later seen posing amongst a group of young children against another backdrop, all holding mini yellow cupcakes.
Heidi paints the noses of the two delighted girls either side of her with yellow frosting from the cakes. One photographer shouts, 'Heidi, you need something on your nose too!' so she allows one girl to smear her nose as well.
