Former 'The Hills' star Heidi Montag poses on the red carpet at Playground in Las Vegas after being asked to host the Crazy Horse III Gentlemen's Club's third anniversary party. It has been one of the few things the reality star has been able to do to earn money since she and her partner wasted the millions they earned on the show on parties, clothes and her extensive cosmetic surgery.
At the height of her fame, Heidi had 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day but insisted to Access Hollywood that she totally regrets it and would never recommend it to other girls. However, she seemed less than ashamed of her enhanced figure as she flaunted it in Vegas in a risqué top and leather hot pants.
