A woman accused of stalking American actor Alec Baldwin was found guilty this morning (14th November) by a judge in New York. Genevieve Sabourin, a Canadian actress, has been sentenced to six months jail time. The 41-year-old actress has already been given one month in jail for interrupting Baldwin during his testimony.

Baldwin gave emotional testimony on Tuesday (12 November).

The 30 Rock actor met Sabourin in 2000, according to reports in The LA Times, whilst working on a film together. The pair met up again in 2010 when they had dinner together: Sabourin claims the two had a sexual encounter at a hotel whilst Baldwin maintains the meeting was about her career and the two were never lovers.

Alec Baldwin has been in court lately defending himself from the claims of a Canadian woman accused of stalking the actor. Genevieve Sabourin, 41, alleges that she and Baldwin had a relationship but their romance fell apart, according to CNN. She is charged with stalking Baldwin and his wife Hilaria which consisted of leaving up to 30 voicemail messages per night, crashing events, turning up at their apartment and sending a string of tweets and emails.

Alec & Hilaria Baldwin Claim That Sabourin Has Stalked Them.

Sabourin denies that she is guilty of stalking and rather sought to resolve her feelings towards Alec. However, she repeatedly ignored a judge's warning in court that she was not to interrupt a witness's testimony when a tearful Baldwin denied any romance. Sabourin, an aspiring actress, shouted "you're lying!"

Up Late With Alec Baldwin debuted on Friday night on MSNBC and gave viewers a chance to see actor Alec Baldwin in a talkshow role. The differentiate from the scores of other late night shows on offer, Up Late promised viewers something different for a cable news programme in that it would comprise of an hour long talk with a single guest that would be "more conversation than interview, more personal than promotional."

Parenthood has certainly not mellowed Alec Baldwin. The 55-year-old actor was involved in a scrap with a paparazzo in New York this morning (27th August). It seems the 30 Rock star lost his temper - to make a change- with a photographer whilst he was out in New York with his wife, Hilaria. 

Hilaria, the bump now known as Carmen and Alex Baldwin at a charity event in Bridgehampton, New York.

Hilaria gave birth to their daughter Carmen on 23rd August and, it appears, wanted to avoid the paparazzi by hiding in a tea shop. Baldwin has been photographed by TMZ guarding the entrance of the store and glowering at a small group of photographers. Police were present at the scene and stepped in when Baldwin attacked the photographer. It seems the photographer did retaliate so neither party will be pressing charges, according to a NYPD spokesperson.

Alec Baldwin has vowed never to return to Twitter after deleting his account last week for an expletive filled rant directed at Daily Mail reporter George Starker. The '30 Rock' actor took exception to the journalist's claims that his wife Hilaria Thomas was tweeting during the funeral of Sopranos' star James Gandolfini.

When asked by Vanity Fair if he'll ever return to Twitter, Baldwin responded, "Never," adding, "I went to Jimmy Gandolfini's funeral, and when I was there I realized Jimmy Gandolfini didn't have Twitter. Jimmy Gandolfini was so beloved as a person, and he was so admired as an actor, and he didn't give a [expletive] about social media."

The 17-year-old 6-foot 2-inch aspiring model posed for a classy shoot by photographer Justin Jay - she carries a surfboard, she rides a bike, she smiles.

During a recent appearance on Entertainment Tonight, Ireland said her parents are extremely proud of her blossoming career, especially former model mother Kim Basinger.

In a story that gets increasingly unpleasant by the minute, Alec Baldwin has unleashed a torrent of abuse at a MailOnline writer, who claimed that Baldwin’s pregnant wife Hilaria was tweeting during James Gandolfini’s funeral. For a story that began with three tweets about anniversary gifts, this certainly justifies the phrase “That escalated quickly.”

Baldwin immediately leapt to his wife's defense.

This past Thursday evening (UK time) George Stark posted a story about Hilaria Baldwin, which claimed the yoga instructor was had been posting upbeat tweets during the service for the late James Gandolfini earlier that date. The article compared the time stamps of the tweets with the times of the service. However, according to Baldwin and her husband, the confusion was all due to a timezone mixup – i.e. the tweets could have been posted before or after the service and just bear the wrong time stamp.

A British tabloid claimed that Alec Baldwin's wife Hilaria Baldwin tweeted during the funeral of Soprano's star James Gandolfini. When Alec Baldwin heard about the article in The Daily Mail he launched into an irate and homophobic tirade on Twitter. 

Baldwin's pregnant wife, Hilaria, did tweet about the funeral and addressed one of her posts to James Gandolfini or as she referred to him 'Jimmy'. As The Mail pointed out this post was between two considerably chirpier ones including discussing recipes and asking advice from her followers about anniversary presents.

Unfortunately, as the time is recorded on Twitter, The Mail does have a point, evidently upon arriving at the funeral or even during the course of it Hilaria was on her phone.

A New York Police Department rep has confirmed that Alec Baldwin is being investigated for potential hate crime offences, after he allegedly referred to a New York Post photographer as a “coon.” Baldwin apparently also used an array of other offensive language, to GN Miller and reporter Tara Palmeri, when the incident occurred outside of his New York apartment. The NYPD rep told Fox 411 “Our hate crimes task force is reviewing the case.”

The New York Post have claimed that when their reporter and photographer approached Alec Baldwin - to ask him about his wife Hilaria Baldwin, who is pregnant and reports that she is being sued – Baldwin told Palmeri “I want to choke you to death and then uttered a racially abusive term at Miller, who is Africa American. Baldwin then referred to Miller as a “drug dealer” and a “crackhead.” Unfortunately for Baldwin, it appears that Palmeri recorded the incident on tape and has handed that evidence to the New York Police Department.

In an interview with KISS 95.1, Baldwin’s 30 Rock co-star Tracy Morgan said that Baldwin should apologize, if he did indeed use the phrases that he is accused of. “If he calls somebody a coon he should apologize,” Morgan told the radio’s listeners, adding “There’s no excuse for that. You’re in your 50s,” though he added that he was not sure if Baldwin had actually used the derogatory terms.

Alec Baldwin has often spoken of his desire to run for Mayor of his beloved New York, though the 30 Rock star's on-going battle with one of the city's most prominent newspapers - The Post - could affect public perception of the actor. New Yorkers expect their mayor to be larger than life (Baldwin fits the bill perfectly), though are Baldwin's very-public spats with photographers and journalists alienating his early supporters?

Though an investigation is on-going, Baldwin was this week accused of grabbing the arm of a female journalist who approached him about a story concerning his wife Hilaria, before hurling racial slurs at photographer G.N Miller. The actor allegedly called the snapper a "coon," a "crackhead," and a "drug dealer," - repeating the latter two insults on Twitter.

The New York Police Department's Hate Crime Task Force has launched an investigation into Alec Baldwin's recent outburst at a New York Post photographer. The snapper was called to a downtown station where he was interviewed about an alleged racially charged run-in with Baldwin outside the actor's East Village apartment building on Sunday (February 17, 2013). Photographer G.N Miller, a retired NYPD detective, told cops that the 30 Rock star called him a "coon," "a crackhead" and a "drug dealer."

Baldwin reportedly made the comments after telling reporter Tara Palmeri, "I want you to choke to death." The journalist had approached him while he was walking his dog to ask about the lawsuit against his wife Hilaria Thomas. "He said some foul s--t about my mom," Miller said. "He kept calling me a name, coon." Baldwin rejected the claim that Miller is a former police officer on Twitter, telling followers, "Moments after I tweet about the Post, Ralston, the ex-crackhead 'photographer' shows up at my door w 1 of Murdoch's nieces in tow," adding, "Ralston claims he's ex NYPD!! That can't be!!! Ex NYPD don't become crackhead, ex jailhouse paparazzi!" It's unclear why Baldwin referred to Miller as "Ralston," though he has already filed a complaint with police alleging that the photographer "pushed into him", during the incident.

State Senator Malcolm Smith has called on Hollywood to blacklist the actor, "If these allegations are true, then no television network or film studio should hire the veteran actor until he seeks help," Smith said. "In today's modern age, it's a disgrace that people still use remarks that provide hatred to others based on race, religion or origin."

Alec Baldwin has found himself on the receiving end of a Hate Crime investigation in New York, after allegedly hurling racist abuse at a paparazzi photographer working for the New York Post. According to a report from the publication, Baldwin made a number of offensive remarks to the photographer, GN Miller and the accompanying reporter Tara Palmeri. Baldwin reportedly referred to Miller as a “coon,” a “crackhead” and a “drug dealer.”

The NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force have now been called onto the case to investigate the incident, about the alleged race-hate crime, which happened outside of Baldwin’s East Village apartment that he shares with his pregnant wife Hilaria. According to the report, Baldwin’s offensive language wasn’t simply confined to that of a racist nature. He told Palmeri “I want to choke you to death” and told Miller “suck my d**k.” The comments were captured on Palmeri’s Dictaphone. Baldwin also filed his own complaint with the police, claiming that Miller had pushed him during the incident. Sources told the New York Post that the charges are being taken very seriously and that Baldwin could face charges if investigators find enough evidence.

Baldwin commented on the incident on his Twitter page, the New Post report, but say that the tweets have since been deleted. It apparently read “Moments after I tweet about the Post, Ralston, the ex-crackhead ‘photographer’ shows up at my door w 1 of Murdoch’s nieces in tow.” Another read “Ralston claims he’s ex NYPD!! Alec Baldwin's pregnant wife Hilaria Thomas Baldwin is being sued by a man who claims one of her popular New York yoga classes left him with physical and emotional injuries. The man from lower Manhattan says he was injured while taking a class from Baldwin's wife on January 15.

In papers obtained by the New York Daily News, Mr Spencer Wolff says he suffered "serious" and "severe" injuries and "emotional upset," during the class at Yoga Vida. The suit doesn't specify how Wolff was injured, though it blames the "overcrowded" class and Thomas' "negligence" as the two causes of the alleged accident. Thomas married the 30 Rock actor in June and recently announced she is pregnant with the couple's first child. Hilaria has been teaching yoga regularly since 2005 and is thought to be a trusted and experienced instructor. A representative for Yoga Vida did not immediately return requests for comments, though Alec has taken matters into his own hands.

According to TMZ.com, the actor threatened to choke a reporter to death and hurled a racial slur at a photographer after being approached while walking his dogs in New York. New York Post reporter Tara Palmeri asked the actor about the lawsuit against Hilaria, to which he allegedly grabbed her arm and responded, "I want to choke you to death." Both Baldwin and photographer G.N Miler filled harassment claims.

Alec Baldwin and his new wife Hilaria Thomas Baldwin are expecting their first child together. A representative confirmed the news to Reuters on Tuesday (February 12, 2013), with Baldwin later telling television program Extra, "If I really shared with you how I felt, I would probably burst out crying."

Baldwin, 54, married yoga teacher Hiliaria, 28, in a ceremony in New York in July 2012. "It was a surprise, a wonderful surprise," said his wife, who also works as a correspondent for the entertainment TV show. "Now I'm showing and it's getting to be much more, like, 'Oh, my God, this is actually going to happen." Although one of the most recognizable stars in Hollywood, Baldwin is best known for playing egotistical television executive Jack Donaghy on the NBC comedy 30 Rock, which broadcast its final episode in January. He was previously married to the L.A. Confidential actress Kim Basinger from 1993-2003. The couple have one daughter together, Ireland, who was born in 1995. 

Following on from To Rome With Love, Baldwin has just completed work on Blue Jasmine, his second movie with Woody Allen. Though plot details are sketchy, the film also stars Cate Blanchett and Peter Sarsgaard and is set to hit cinemas in July.

In Touch broke the Alec Baldwin rumors and the rest of the celebrity world is eagerly awaiting confirmation from Baldwin himself that he and Hilaria Thomas are expecting their first child. In Touch spoke to a source close to the couple (“a good friend of Hilaria”) who confirmed “Hilaria has told only really close friends and family she is pregnant, only a close circle she trusts.” Though, clearly, she may be reevaluating who she trusts, now that the news has got out.

The couple’s representatives, Hiltzik Strategies made a two-part statement on Twitter that read “Part 1 -re: ‪@abfalecbaldwin / ‪@hilariabaldwin: Our response to baby speculation over the past 18 months has remained the same... pt2: re:‪@abfalecbaldwin/‪@hilariabaldwin. ..when/if Alec&Hilaria have news they want 2 share,they will share it. Until then, no comment.” Looking at the couple’s own Twitter pages though, reveals no news. Alec has been tweeting about the end of 30 Rock (oh and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream) and Hilaria Baldwin (was Hilaria Thomas), his much younger yoga instructor wife has been tweeting about going into a bathroom with bad lighting. So, erm… no news from the couple there, then.

The fact that they have chosen not to address the rumors either means that a) they are toying us, b) she is pregnant or c) they are staying somewhere with a bad wi-fi connection. Our money’s on b).

The cast of The Rise Of The Guardians were out in force at the AFI Festival last night (November 4, 2012) as the film made its long awaited premiere debut in Hollywood. Though there are many big screenings taking places across the festival's eight days, plenty of attention has been placed on the forthcoming 3D computer-animated fantasy-adventure film which, in addition to the attending Alec Baldwin, Jeffrey Katzenberg, Nancy Bernstein, Peter Ramsey and Christina Steinberg, also stars Hugh Jackman and Jude Law.
