TV presenter and 'America's Got Talent' judge Howie Mandel welcomes paparazzi and fans with open arms (quite literally) and a wide smile at the 'AGT' season 9 photocall at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center.
As well as posing for paparazzi photos, he greets fans and takes some snaps with them on the red carpet. Aside from 'AGT', Mandel is most popular for hosting 'Deal Or No Deal'. He has been judging the singing competition, however, since the departure of actor David Hasselhoff in 2010.
