Hulk Hogan's sex tape will be shown in court.

The wrestling legend - who is suing website Gawker.com for leaking partial footage from the illicit video in 2012 - faces potential embarrassment as members of the jury will be shown footage when the case goes to trial in March 2016.

According to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Florida Circuit Court judge Pamela Campbell has determined the footage will be shown to ''the jury, the parties, their trial counsel, and court personnel''. The X-rated video won't be shown to members of the public gallery, however.

The judge wrote in her ruling: ''When the video is played for the jury at trial, the monitors shall be turned in such a way so that only the jury, the parties, their trial counsel, and court personnel may see the video.

''The public and press shall not be excluded from the courtroom when the video is played, and the pooled camera shall not be turned off during such time.''

The salacious footage features Hulk, 62, having sex with Heather Clem, the ex-wife of his former pal, radio DJ Bubba the Love Sponge.

The former WWE legend has been left reeling in recent months after the sports entertainment company cut all ties with him due to racially insensitive comments he made in 2007 being leaked.
