'127 Hours' star James Franco makes an appearance at the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival premiere of 'The Director: An Evolution in Three Acts' in New York.
He acts as a co-producer on the movie which is a documentary on the life and work of the legendary Gucci fashion designer, Frida Giannini. After signing several autographs and posing for some pictures with fans, he takes to the red carpet alongside the movie's director Christina Voros and Tribeca's director of programming Genna Terranova. As well as starring in several upcoming movies, James has numerous other producing, writing and directing projects coming up, most recently completed is the book-to-film drama 'As I Lay Dying'.
