The 'We're The Millers' star opened up in a new interview on matters close to her.
Jennifer Aniston has featured in a candid new interview in which she discusses, amongst other things, the challenges and pressures facing an actress in Hollywood. The 45 year-old former Friends star was honest when she admitted that she'd happily swap her body for a day, but feared she'd be reluctant to give it back.

Asked who she'd trade bodies with for a day, Jennifer replied "Would I really want to give it back?" adding, via Self, "I'd love to be able to ski like a crazy person, like Lindsey Vonn. Then I'd also like to have Gisele Bündchen's body, just 'cuz, why not?"
Aniston is known for her age-defying looks and style, as best seen in some of the nude stripper scenes in her recent movie, We're The Millers. Credited with inspiring millions of women with her signature hairstyle, Jennifer announcing that she would swap her body in an instant may be grounding for some fans.

The actress moved on to talking about her notoriously private approach to the press, revealing that she feels no need to constantly snap selfies, unlike many other stars: "I don't have Instagram. And I'm not a fan of selfies. I don't understand them. I feel like there's enough out there, why add to it?"
So what are Jen's vices then? She said that as well as making a mean Bloody Mary, she enjoys kicking back and catching up with some America's Got Talent or The Voice for her reality television fix. "The auditions really kind of are fabulous," she shared as her guilty pleasure.

It's customary for Hollywood stars to watch their weight obsessively but it appears that Jennifer is less cautious, especially when it comes to her favourite food. She said that her ideal Sunday morning is spent "having eggs and a bagel and reading the paper. I start with the front page, then the travel section, arts and leisure or the calendar. How I take my eggs depends on my mood. But I always throw a yolk in there-the yolk's got a bad rap."

Aniston said that for a little extra indulgence, she rustles up some homemade nachos but balances it out with exercise, yoga, and meditation every single day as well as a top-notch skincare regime. When she's feeling in need of a pick-me-up, she recites some well-worn motivational mantras. "I tell myself just do it. You can do anything for an hour," she said.
In response to being asked how she'd command the world, she answered: "I would command everyone to do so many things! Be kind. Oh, I would command everyone to stop buying tabloids! I would command everyone to stop violence."
