Jermaine Dupri releases 'Gotta Getcha' from his album 'Jermaine Dupri Presents Young, Fly & Flashy Vol. 1'. He's written and produced this track with a little help from Missy Elliot and you can definitely hear her influence here. It has oozing sexual attitude in this track and it is very bass heavy, with subtle percussion and the confidence of a young man who knows what he wants. The synths provide a P-funk element. Personally for me it doesn't really hit many chords yet this track is designed for those dirty dancefloors, for the girls to shake that booty and the guys to act cool. It certainly will be popular in the clubs where people can get it on. That's about all there is to it really.
