Glynne's I Cry When I Laugh debuts atop the new album countdown, while Fight Song by singer Platten is the Official Chart Company's new number one single, edging out Felix Jaehn's Ain't Nobody (Loves Me Better) by just 3,000 sales.

Platten, who has hit the top of the charts all over the world with the empowerment song, says, "It's amazing to me that this song that I wrote when I was going through one of the hardest times in my life is also the thing that made my dreams come true. I'm just kind of overwhelmed and really grateful."

Glynne, who was at the top of the singles chart last week with Don't Be So Hard On Yourself, topples late star Cilla Black on the new album countdown; the veteran singer's The Very Best of Cilla Black hit the top of the charts last week (21Aug15), a day after her funeral.

Bon Jovi's 13th studio album, Burning Bridges, debuts at three.
