Jodie Kidd's husband David Blakely has been granted a ''quickie'' divorce.

The 36-year-old beauty's estranged partner was granted the decree of separation by District Judge Judy Gibson in just 45 seconds at London's Central Family Court this morning (01.05.15) on the grounds of Jodie's ''unreasonable behaviour''.

The judge granted the 34-year-old author a formal dissolution of the marriage - which lasted just four months - after ruling that their relationship had gone past the point of repair and that he could no longer reasonably be expected to live with the former supermodel.

Neither Jodie nor David were present at the court, but the MailOnline report that Blakeley had ticked the box marked ''yes'' when asked if his now ex-wife's unreasonable behaviour was continuing while he marked the box labelled ''no'' in answer to whether he'd lived with her for more than six months.

The 'Jump' contestant - who was previously married to internet entrepreneur Aidan Butler and has three-year-old son Indio with Argentinian polo player Andrea Vianini - first revealed she'd split from David in December last year.

She said at the time: ''It's with sadness that David and I have separated. My priority remains my son Indio.''

The couple announced their engagement in January 2014 after a whirlwind romance before tying the knot in an intimate ceremony in August.

Jodie confessed at the time that she thought she and David would be together for the rest of their lives.

Meanwhile, the leggy blonde is reported to be in the running to take over from Jeremy Clarkson as the host of 'Top Gear' after the controversial presenter was sacked for attacking a producer.
