The sibling band broke up in October 2013 and Nick has since being enjoying a successful solo career.
Nick Jonas has admitted he was really the one who called time on the Jonas Brothers back in 2013. Speaking on Tuesday’s edition of ‘Watch What Happens Live’, Nick says the band’s break-up was difficulty for the family, but they're all good now.
Nick Jonas says he was the reason the Jonas Brothers split.
"It was a very tough conversation, and it left the family kind of shaken up for a little while. I mean we were about to start a tour. We were two days from starting a tour," he told host Andy Cohen. "We're good now.”

The Jonas Brothers have announced that they have split up and claim "it was a unanimous decision."
The American pop rock group 'The Jonas Brothers' have decided to call it a day on their musical endeavours with each other.
The trio's split comes a month after they were forced to cancel their upcoming tour due to "a deep rift within the band."
The three brothers have yet to release an official statement but they did confirm with People magazine that it is over on Tuesday (Oct 29th).

Clearly, Joe Jonas's opinion is still heavy in the business.
In the latest pop star news (do the Jonas Brothers still qualify as pop stars, by the way.) While Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato are all moving forward in their careers and Joe Jonas is… in a rut, to put it lightly, the Jonas brothers member had no qualms about ranking the phenomenally successful pop stars in terms of preference.
Demi's history with Joe wins her the top spot in his eyes.
The awkward situation ensued on MTV’s Watch What Happens Live with host Andy Cohen. During a segment, called Plead the Fifth, Jonas was asked to rank the three women. He did manage to give a surprisingly diplomatic answer though. He said: "Me and her are very cool now, so favourite [is] Demi. Wow. I want to say … I can’t say ‘plead the fifth’ yet, this is bad!"
Remaining two members of reformed 90s R&B group will perform at Pennsylvania festival
A reformed TLC are set to be the stars of the second Mixtape Festival, due to take place on Friday July 26 and Saturday July 27, at Hersheypark Stadium, Pennsylvania, Pennlive.com reports. The band’s two remaining members (Lisa ‘Left-Eye’ Lopes died in a car crash in 2002), Rozonda ‘Chili’ Thomas and Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watzins will play the second day of the festival. Late last year, it was reported that they were considering using hologram technology to represent Lopes on stage with them, though it has not been confirmed that they will be employing the technology at the Mixtape Festival.
Also performing on the Saturday will be New Kids On The Block, Jonas Brothers, Boyz II Men, Benji Madden, Emblem 3 and MKTO. The Friday boasts Train, the Script, OneRepublic, Rev. Run and DJ Ruckus, Gavin DeGraw, Serena Ryder and Hanson. Tickets for the festival go on sale on May 10, proceed at $51.70 for a two day pass and a starting price of around $35 for a single day pass. The festival organisers are also selling VIP packages, including meet & greets with some of the artists playing at the event, as well as a ‘Rock n Jock’ dodgeball game and an exclusive VIP party, featuring Benji Madden and Rev Run. A gold VIP package will set you back $1200, whilst the silver package is $650.
The reunion of TLC has sparked rumors that Chili and T-Boz may embark on their own tour. The band scored a string of hit in their original incarnation in the 1990s, including ‘Waterfalls’ and ‘No Scrubs.’

Apparently the JoBros are fans of the 'Modern Family' actress.
The Jonas Brothers (remember them?) have a new single out after a long hiatus and they claim that the inspiration for this one was quite an unusual one.
The upbeat peppy song does sound similar to the pop anthems that first made the JoBros famous, but they’ve come out with a brand new image. According to Nick Jonas “Pom Poms” was one of the last tracks they wrote for the album, with the intention of creating a brighter song to balance out some of the darker material on the record. On a special called “Jonas Brothers: Live with MTV”, the trio explained their inspiration behind the song. Joe joked that it was written with “Modern Family” star Sofia Vergara in mind and Nick agreed. Of course, it was all in jest.
Whether or not the song was about the actress though, it’s already gaining momentum online and there’s even talk about a Jonas Brothers comeback. The trio haven’t exactly been keeping still since they first rose to prominence three years ago, of course. According to MTV, while Joe has been working on some solo music, Kevin has starred in his own E! reality series “Married to Jonas” alongside his wife Dani. Meanwhile, Jo, the youngest brother has been performing on Broadway. Now the trio are just about ready for a reunion it seems and with the new album ready and waiting to thrill teenage girls (or maybe they’ll be aiming for a new demographic now?) it won’t be too long before the Jonas World Tour either.
These boys are back, but did they ever really leave?
The Jonas Brothers made a comeback recently. Didn’t notice? Well that’s because they only formed in 2005, and they’ve pretty much been around since then. Still, comebacks and reunions sell, so we can see why they’ve marketed whatever it is they’ve done, as that.
"It feels really nice. It's kind of like we never left. We spend a lot of time together, even when we're not doing music, but finally making music together is great and we are very happy that people are actually showing up to concerts and listening to the music yet again," Jonas Brother Joe told MTV News. But if you think they just came up with all the music and said “let’s go,” then you’d be wrong. It took deliberation, and a failed batch of songs to get back on track. "It wasn't right where we wanted it to be. It wasn't progressive enough. I think this record we wanted to take the time needed." After they worked on separate projects (yes, we’re playing along with this reunion) they decided to get back together and give the crowds what they want.

Rumors of a Joe Jonas-starring sex tape have intensified in recent days, but the singer denies the reports.
Joe Jonas has vehemently denied claims he features in a sex tape with his Swiss model girlfriend Blanda Eggenschwiler. The video was alleged to have made in a hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina, during the Jonas Brothers' tour of South America, though Jonas denies it is him in the clip.
According to The Sun, online rumors suggested the pair filmed themselves smoking drugs and spanking each other with paddles, though a spokesman for Joe, 23, insists no such footage exists. "There is no truth or validity to this story. It is completely false," he said. It will no doubt come as relief for fans of the clean cut Jonas Brothers, who based their image on their evangelical Christian beliefs and vow to abstain from sex until they are married. Joe himself took to Twitter to deny the report, joking, "ball gag? really? me? come on guys," he humorously tweeted. Well, they say it's the quiet ones..
His girlfriend Eggenschwiler did not find the funny side of the report, tweeting, "F**king bulls**t!!! For real people??? C'mon. That's some stupid lie!! Omg. I'm not worried because I know what I do but it's so stupid to put those lies out there. Never!"

The festive season truly does bring people together, but who’d have thought that two of those people would be ex-partners Taylor Swift and Joe Jonas of Jonas Brothers fame. The pair wound up running into each at the annual KIIS FM Jingle Ball with both The Jonas Brothers and Swift performing at the bash.
The Jonas Brothers have struggled as a unit to move on from their teen star days, the group not quite managing to transition to a believable grown-up musical act as they enter their mid-20’s. You can’t blame them for not trying, though, and at the event they performed a cover of Frank Ocean’s ‘Thinkin’ Bout You’ in what was pretty obviously an attempt to insist on their own good taste in music. It didn’t quite hit the right notes, the group needlessly brightening a sultry, sex song.
Unfortunately for the group they were trumped not only by Swift, but by a host of other stars including Ne-Yo, Ellie Goulding and OneRepublic. Swift was arguably the best in show at the first night of the KIIS event (the second takes place tonight, December 3, 2012, with Justin Bieber among the performers), with her new album Red giving the star a chance to really come out of her shell and move away from her sweet and innocent aesthetic. The Los Angeles Times were impressed at how much Swift had grown up on stage, something that couldn’t quite be said for her former beau and his group.
Miley Cyrus was "absolutely right" when she suggested the Jonas Brothers' song 'Wedding Bells' was about her, according to the man who wrote it! Nick Jonas - a former boyfriend of Miley - has reacted to comments she made about the song "blatantly" being about her impending nuptials.
This week, Ryan Seacrest point-blank asked Nick if the song was about Cyrus, to which he quickly confirmed, "[Miley's] absolutely right. When you're with someone who's an artist, it's just about being open and honest about the fact that your life is what you have to write about sometimes, and pull from your life inspiration." So there you have it. It seems Nick got the song-writing bug after hearing of Miley and Liam Hemsworth's engagement. He might have three more songs in the works given recent tabloid rumors concerning the couple's wedding. According to Star magazine, Miley is planning three wedding ceremonies in total, one in Los Angeles, one in her native Tennessee, and another in Melbourne, Australia, where Liam is originally from.
Miley is currently working on her forthcoming album, while Hemsworth is currently shooting The Hunger Games sequel Catching Fire, set for release in November 2013.

This band of brothers have spent the past couple of years doing their own things, from being a judge on American Idol to forming a blues band, but now the Jonas Brothers have reunited. Last night they performed a reunion show at the Radio City Music Hall, to give fans a rendition of their past seven years of music, as well as to debut their new material.
The night began with audio blaring out into the arena about the rumours of their split, but denounced these rumours as they started the night off with a bang, playing 'When You Look Me In the Eyes'. Nick and Joe also got a chance to play examples of their solo works, with Joe playing 'Just In Love' and Nick giving a rendition of 'Who I am'. All before moving on to their new work.
"It feels like the right time, I have to say thank you for letting us live some life so we can come back to you...” Nick said quoted on MTV.com, “This new song is all about taking advantage of those moments and making them truly special," before playing 'First Time'.
