The legendary Both Sides, Now singer was admitted to hospital following the health scare on 31 March (15), and her longtime friend Leslie Morris was appointed her conservator.

Morris recently announced Mitchell was on the road to recovery after rocker David Crosby incorrectly informed fans his old pal was still not able to speak following her aneurysm.

And now, attorney Rebecca Thyne has given fans more good news following a visit to see Mitchell on 26 June (15).

In court documents, obtained by Rolling Stone, she suggests the singer is making "remarkable progress", and told her she's happy for Morris' conservatorship to continue until she's fully recovered.

Thyne added that the reclusive star is "expected to make a full recovery".
