Bodi is a Tibetan Mastiff who's tired of his life on Snow Mountain where his job is to guard sheep from a prowling wolf named Linnux and his friends. It may sound scary work, but little is more scary than Bodi's authoritarian father Khampa who is literally top dog and has a strict rule against anything that may be distracting to the work - including music. However, one day while Bodi is out manning the fort, he discovers a radio that has fallen from a aircraft. Curiosity gets the better of him and he checks it out, and it only takes a few seconds of rock music for him to realise that it's his dream to become a rock 'n' roll star. He decides to leave his home and venture to the city where he teams up with a legendary musician named Angus Scattergood who wants him to help him write a new song. Unfortunately, Linnux is still on the prowl and Bodi finds himself having to choose between his family and his passion.

Will and Jillian are in love and both have recently graduated collage. Jillian managed to get a well-paid and high profile just almost instantly, Will on the other hand is still interning at companies for free but Will's luck is about to change (or so he thinks). He's just been offered a paid position at LA Weekly but when he turns up for work he's abruptly informed that the job position is no longer available because of downsizing. 

Will lives with his pot loving buddies who are all really close but some might be on the verge of being called 'deadbeats'. Will and his friends are all in a similar position, they 'really struggling to find a job, Jillian is the only structured part of his life. 

Needs must means Will must sell his beloved TV but things start to look up for the graduate when, against the odds, he's offered a job as a videographer. Just as Will gets into the swing at his new office Jillian finds herself jobless. Will is quick to encourage Jillian to get straight back out there but she finds herself with little luck.

Everyone knows fourth grade school children can be little monsters, but what happens when things get way too literal? That's what a bunch of unwitting teachers are about to discover on a seemingly normal working day. Clint Hadson is a substitute teacher who arrives at an elementary school already nervous of what lies ahead. But when some of the children start erupting in strange hives and violently lashing out at each other, it begins to become clear that a horrific virus has hit every pre-pubescent person in the building causing them to launch a vicious, flesh eating assault on their teachers. The grown-ups lock themselves away from the danger and meet one young boy who seems to have evaded the disease. It appears to be a food-borne epidemic resulting from lunchtime's chicken nuggets, and it looks like they're not the only school in the nation with problem pupils...

A wedding is a time for all of your friends and family to come together and celebrate your union with another person and the start of your new family. But for someone like Doug Harris (Josh Gad) who has no friends and is engaged to a woman deemed 'too good for him', it's looking to be a nightmare. With the day of the wedding drawing steadily closer, Doug is convinced to hire a best man and group of groomsmen, and calls upon the services of Jimmy Callahan (Kevin Hart), owner and CEO of Best Man, Inc. From there, Doug and Jimmy have a week to establish themselves as 'best friends' and make themselves look like people that have spent the best part of their lives together. But in the process of Bachelor Parties and wedding planning, it starts to look like Doug's new friends are turning him into a completely different person.

He may be successful career-wise, but his social skills leave much to be desired. It's then he discovers the Best Man Inc.; a special organisation that provides best man services to engaged social outcasts, for a price. With the help of his new best friend Jimmy, Doug sets out to try and fool his guests and his bride that he does have people close to him - but things don't look like they're going to run smoothly, especially when he meets his eccentic groom's party.
