Allegedly, Twist broke into the 'Zoey 101' actor's brother Kyle Massey's house, beat him senseless and then robbed him of his Rolex watch according to TMZ. The same publication has revealed that was sentenced to a year in jail yesterday (November 30th 2016) after pleading no contest.

'Just left court. TMZ bout to break the news I'm sho!! It's over but not really, GOD got me !!' He wrote on Twitter.

Reports say that the attack took place at Massey's Miracle Mile apartment two years ago during a party that the brothers were having. Twist was originally a guest at the party before being asked to leave, and he later returned with a group of four friends who apparently helped hold Massey down while Twist kicked him and beat him with brass knuckles.

23-year-old Twist, real name Christopher Lynn Moore, pleaded no contest to five charges - including assault with a deadly weapon - before being sentence to prison in L.A. County, swerving a near ten years with a plea deal. He originally turned himself in in September, having previously skipped out on a court appearance, but his sentence doesn't start until February 3rd 2017.

It's a good thing that Twist and Justin Bieber don't seem to be hanging out too much anymore. Bieber has had his own legal dealings to contend with. He could be looking at a lawsuit after punching a Spanish fan in the face from the open window of his car, after said fan tried to grab at him, and making him bleed.
