Ex-bodyguard Steve Stanulis claimed recently that Kanye had fired him for merely talking to Kim earlier this month.
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are threatening a multi-million dollar lawsuit against a former bodyguard regarding continuing public accusation he’s been making against the couple, it has been reported.
TMZ reported on Thursday morning (May 26th) that lawyers for the celebrity couple issued a $10 million suit against ex-NYPD cop Steve Stanulis, telling him to publicly apologise for what he said about them in a slew of recent interviews about the time he spent working with them around the time of the Met Gala earlier in May.

This comes after the New York Daily News’ Confidenti@l column published accusations made by Stanulis in an interview that Kanye fired him abruptly earlier this month as their entourage was waiting to drive to the Met Gala, apparently out of jealousy because Stanulis had spoken to his wife.
Stanulis claimed that Kanye, 38, thought that he was hitting on his reality TV star wife, and also said that the rapper had exhibited some bizarre behaviour during the time he was working with them.

According to the letter warning Stanulis about the suit, he violated a confidentiality agreement not to talk about Kanye or Kim that was in the contract he signed when he began working for them in February.
“The West Family will no longer tolerate the spreading and selling of fake stories in a desperate, transparent and shameless attempt for publicity at their expense,” a representative for Kimye told the N.Y. Daily News in a statement. “This sad, parasitic maniac has violated every basic human tenet of decency with his story of lies. As such, the Wests will explore all legal means at their disposal to silence this nonsense.”
It isn’t the first time that the Wests have taken action against someone who has violated a contract like this. In 2014, YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley secretly filmed and released a clip of West’s proposal to Kardashian in San Francisco, Hurley was sued and forced to pay the couple $440,000.
