Monika Tano from Birmingham gave birth to her daughter Liliana on 22 July, 2013 - the same day Prince George was born - and now she's celebrating the coincidence again, reports ITV News. Her second daughter Aurelia arrived at 1.47am this morning (Saturday 2 May) at Birmingham Women's Hospital - just under eight hours before The Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to a girl.

Monika said, "It feels amazing to have two children who share royal births. It is such a fantastic coincidence."

"Michelle and I are delighted to congratulate the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, her Majesty the Queen and the royal family, and all the people of the United Kingdom on the birth of the royal princess. On behalf of the American people, we wish the Duke and Duchess and their son George much joy and happiness on the occasion of the arrival of the newest member of their family."

And on David Cameron's Twitter page, in the midst of all the election talk, the Prime Minister found the time to give the proud parents his best:

The new princess is fourth in line to the throne after her grandfather Prince Charles, her father Prince William and her older brother Prince George.
