The infamous clip, which featured Upton wearing a barely-there red swimsuit as she danced to The Rej3ctz track Cat Daddy, was shot during a photo session with Richardson, as they messed around on set.

However, the then-19-year-old beauty admits she never expected the footage to surface so she was "horrified" when Richardson leaked the video, along with a slow-motion clip, on YouTube.com.

Upton reveals she confronted the snapper about his actions and blasted him for not asking her permission first.

Recalling the incident to Vogue UK magazine, she says, "I was like, 'That was disrespectful, you could have told me!'"

The video, which was temporarily pulled from YouTube for its racy content, went viral and helped catapult Upton to fame, and she insists she and Richardson have since moved past the incident.

She continues, "Now, obviously, it's fine."

Meanwhile, Richardson has no apologies for leaking the footage, defiantly telling the publication, "Kate was born a star."
