Kelly Brook doesn't want to be ''super skinny''.

The 35-year-old model and actress - who is known for her voluptuous figure - admitted she feels she's let herself go in the past couple of years but would hate to be any slimmer because she prefers looking ''strong'' and ''athletic''

She said: ''I had a couple of years off but then I wanted to get into shape.

''I like to be curvy, athletic and strong. I don't want to be super skinny.''

The brunette beauty believes in mixing up her exercise regime in order to get the most out of her work outs.

She added to Closer magazine: ''I do heavy weights a couple of times a week

''Barry's Bootcamp [interval training classes] for cardio. I go hiking, I swim, do a bit of martial arts. I like to mix it up.''

And Kelly - who relocated to LA last year to film the sitcom 'One Big Happy', which has now been cancelled - previously confessed to hitting the gym at least five times a week.

She said: ''My style has changed over the years but what I wear changes depending on my mood and location.

''I'm in gym gear a lot as I'm working out five days a week.''
