Fact: A house in London where late U.S. President John F. Kennedy once lived could become Britain's most expensive home if the new owners are given permission to develop the site. The property, where Kennedy lived while his father was working as diplomat, is one of a row of houses which are set to be turned into one giant mega-home worth an estimated $480,000 (£300 million).

Kennedy, Jr. asked guests at their weekend (02-03Aug14) nuptials to hold off on posting photos of the Cape Cod, Massachusetts ceremony on social media for a week, as the official pictures were sold to various media outlets in order to raise funds for two charities, the United Cerebal Palsy organisation and New York clean water advocate, Riverkeeper.

Fact: An Air Force One bomber jacket which once belonged to former U.S. President John F. Kennedy has sold for $570,000 (£356,250) at auction. The leather coat was gifted to the late politician's close friend and longtime aide David Powers, who died in 1998, and it was sold by his relatives at auction on Sunday (17Feb13).

The mansion in Westchester, New York has seven bedrooms, a pool, a sauna, a library, a recreation room, an elevator and a private lake. It has been put on the market for $3.9 million (£2.4 million).

Fact: The coffin of U.S. President JOHN F. Kennedy's killer LEE HARVEY OSWALD is set to be auctioned in Santa Monica, California on 15 December (10). Bids for the grisly lot will start at $1,000 (£666). Oswald's remains were dug up after his widow demanded to know if it was really her husband buried in the plot. After his identity was confirmed, he was reburied in a new casket.
