Ke$ha can't wait to finish off a full album with The Flaming Lips' Wayne Coyne.

The 'Die Young' singer teamed up with the psychedelic singer for a track on the band's 'The Flaming Lips and Heady Fwends' record in 2012, and they got on so well they decided to extend their collaboration to a full album, to be called 'Lip$ha'.

She told The Hollywood Reporter: ''We just are two weirdos that get together and make noise. And it's just kind of whatever the mood strikes because it's a very different thing than making a pop record.

''When I make a pop record, I have deadlines I need to adhere to, a lot of people's opinions. But when him and I get together and work on music we just kind of go crazy and we just get super-weird so I don't really know when and where it's ever going to see the light of day. But for me it's just an experimental musical adventure every time we get together.''

Ke$ha has previously talked of her record company pressuring her to write commercial hits, and how she had to tell them to ''back off'' and take time out for a ''spiritual journey'' when making her second album, 'Warrior'.

She said: ''I had the label breathing down my neck to come back and make a new record, and I kind of had to tell everybody to f**k off for a month.

''I needed to get my head back on straight and sleep in the dirt for a little while.''
