Reality stars Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian leave Beverly Hills' Bel Bambini store to much commotion outside with the paparazzi. Because there are so many photographers outside, the sisters are forced to leave separately in different cars.
As Khloe makes her way out to her car, members of security are forced to physically push members of the paparazzi back when they appear to refuse to make way. When a pregnant Kim appears, there's even more bustling as she is escorted to her vehicle and as she is about to pull out, several cars can be heard blasting their horns due to the photographers flooding the street.
