T.I. and Floyd Mayweather had a pretty big bust-up at the weekend: a fight broke out after the boxer allegedly made some untoward comments about improper friendship between the boxer and the rapper's wife, Tameka "TIny" Cottle. Punches and chairs were reportedly thrown in the fight between the two celebs who were filmed brawling in a Vegas Fatburger.

Kim Kardashian has finally ended it with Kris Humphries once and for all, the two coming to an agreement in their divorce terms and things ending between them on Monday (June 3). Their divorce lasted way longer than their 72-day marriage, but then again don't people say that it's healthy to remain in contact with your ex?

Humphries allowed the divorce proceedings to drag on for as long as it did because he was seeking an annulment, rather than a traditional divorce, form the reality star on the grounds that the marriage was a sham and Kim only tied the knot with him as a publicity stunt (the nerve). This was something that Kim flat out denied as she went for the divorce, saying she only wed him for love, albeit a temporary love that only just made it past the two-month stage. The two got married as part of a two-part E! special in 2011 before splitting up a short while after, and if that isn't love then we don't know what is.

The long-running divorce saga was, like much of her life, one of the main focuses for her reality series and featured heavily in the Keeping Up With The Kardashians spin-off Kourtney and Kim Take New York. The celebrity showed her real feeling when she broke down crying in front of the camera in a scene that wasn't at all staged, in which she admitted to loving Kris deeply but her feelings had changed since their marriage.

Kim Kardashian was handed a helpful leg-up by her opponent in her drawn out divorce trial. Kris Humphries was a no-show yesterday (Fri April, 12) for a mandatory hearing.

The estranged couple were required to attend BY LAW, so Humphries’ decision might hurt him on April 19th, when a hearing takes place to see if he should be sanctioned. It would have been welcome news for Kardashian, who arrived wearing a long silver tunic over white pants. The basketball player is claiming, according to sources, that a delay or cancellation of his flight was the cause of his non-attendance. We’re assuming that’ll either be determined as true or false on the April 19th. "It's a really bad if he didn't appear and he didn't get permission not to be here," Certified Family Law Specialist Lynn Soodik, who is not involved in this case, tells E! "It seems like it's not as important to him." “They are trying to get them to settle without a trial," Soodik says. "You have an experienced judicial officer listening and telling you what they think your outcome will be at trial.”

Kardashian has since started dating Kanye West, and is pregnant with his baby. But her lingering marriage to Humphries, which the sports star claims was a publicity stunt, has meant the new couple can’t wed, which is more of an issue for the religious rapper.

The owner of a Beverly Hills suit shop is not happy with Kim Kardashian’s ex Kris Humphries. Not happy at all. In fact, he’s so unhappy with Kris Humphries, that he’s taking him to court and suing him for more than $52,000. Now, what could Kris possibly have done to anger this suit maker, one wonders?

According to TMZ, Scott Hill struck up a deal with Humphries a few years ago – when he was still with reality star Kim Kardashian, whereby Kris could get a 30% discount on clothing from the store, so long as he introduced Hill to two of his NBA basketball-playing buddies. It should have been a pretty sweet deal for Kris – he didn’t even have to make sure that his buddies bought anything. Just the introduction was good enough for Hill. However, what actually happened, reportedly, is that Humphries took advantage of the deal by splashing out on more than $46,000 worth of clothes, using his massive discount but never actually introduced any of his sporting pals to the business owner.

What makes matters worse is that Kris not only didn’t stick to the bargain, but he also owes over $6,000 in unpaid suit bills. That’s a lot of suit to be wearing for free, Mr Humphries! No doubt Hill is feeling a little irked by how things have turned out, given that Humphries and Kardashian’s relationship was notoriously short-lived. We bet Kanye would have been a better dude to strike up a relationship with… if only he’d hung on a couple of years…

Could Kim Kardashian finally be getting that divorce she’s been hankering after for so long? Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphies’ marriage is often touted as the infamous ’72 day marriage’ but in actual fact, their marriage technically lasted significantly longer than that. Kim filed for divorce on October 31, 2011. Since then, she’s embarked upon a relationship with Kanye West and is even pregnant with her first child, by him. She is, however, technically still married to basketball player Kris Humphies as that divorce never got processed. However, a court date has finally been set for May 6, 2013, E! Online report today.

Humphries has been the one holding up the divorce proceedings; he maintains that the divorce should be annulled, as Kim only married him for publicity reasons. Sadly, even his own lawyer has given up trying to convince him that fighting the Kardashian clan is a lost cause. He has now left the case, explaining to Kris that there’s not enough evidence to pursue his claims. The trial will be presided over by Judge Scott Gordon, who has pedigree when it comes to overseeing high profile celebrity divorce cases, after overseeing Britney Spears’ split from Kevin Federline, back in 2007.

While Kris Humphries desperately wants an annulment for his ill-fated marriage to Kim Kardashian, the trial date of May 6th represents a calendar crash for the NBA player.

You see; Humphries’ team, the Brooklyn Nets, are entering the most important period of their season. They’re on track to place in the 2013 Playoffs, which take place from April 20th to June 20th. So it would appear the athlete has a few options: he could try and settle the trial early, effectively giving up on the annulment but supporting his team mates; miss the trial, play in the playoffs and jeopardise his chances of winning the case with his absence, or go to the trial, but face the prospect of some angry teammates and fans. What would you do? It’s certainly a tough one. Here’s the thing though, it would appear that Humphries has in fact made his mind up, and, according to sources close to TMZ, he’s going to ditch his teammates and fight the court battle on May 6th. Unfortunately for Chris, a win in this trial is looking unlikely because of the prenup, so he could just risk his 2-year, $24 million and come up with nothing!

Kardashian is keen to get this over and done with, as she’s expecting a baby with Kanye West, and would like to wed, ideally, before it’s born, if not very soon after. Kanye is also very keen for this to happen due to his deeply religious upbringing.

Is Kim Kardashian getting engaged to Kanye West? She’s been making a lot of noise recently regarding her desire to divorce Kris Humphries as quickly as possible and says that this is for the health and wellbeing of her unborn baby but recently, she tweeted a picture of herself wearing a KW ring on her engagement finger.

Kim posted the snap, accompanied simply by the comment “KW” on her Instagram account and Twitter page. No further comment on the ring from Kim but of course, one photo of a ring, on an engagement finger, in celeb-land is all it takes for those engagement rumours to start ringing. There was plenty else to be taking notice of in the picture: the unusual ‘half-way’ rings, worn at the top of the finger, the unusual bracelet / ring chain, the unusual choice of white nail varnish, which looked a little like when you decide to paint your nails with Tippex when you’re bored in class. But the gold KW ring stole the limelight, for sure.

No word yet from Kim’s rep as to whether or not she and Kanye are planning on getting hitched. It certainly seems like a logical step, now that they’re expecting a child together. She does have to sort out that pesky problem of still being married though. That marriage that we hastily branded the ’72 day marriage’ has actually lasted a whole lot longer than that and it’s no wonder Kim’s keen to escape the clutches of a broken down betrothal.

Poor Kris Humphries really can't catch a break. He's being attacked on all sides by the Kardashians for being so difficult to divorce, and now, having won a game against the Knicks, JR Smith has also jabbed the fellow basketballer with a quip about Humphries' wife's new boyfriend, Kanye West. 

Humphries and Kim Kardashian broke off their marriage after just 72 days. This is a point that he hasn't been able to get away from and he faces jokes wherever he goes and tons of flack on Twitter. Today he tweeted:

Poor Kris Humphries has been getting verbally destroyed ever since he and his ex-wife Kim Kardashian ended their disastrous marriage after just 72 days in 2011, and the jabs have just kept on coming since Kardashian got together and announced she was pregnant with rapper Kanye West’s child.

The latest barb came after his basketball team, the Brooklyn Nets defeated the New York Knicks over at Madison Square Garden, to make it 10 wins from 12 games for them; but if Humphries thought he could share in the elation he was sorely misguided. USA Today reports that the big man tweeted "Big game tonight! The Garden got really quiet on the way out! #Brooklyn" only to be torn apart by Knicks guard JR Smith, who retorted "Wasnt quiet when Kanye tore it down last month!" That has got to hurt.

Humphries was also seen getting dissed by Kim and Khloe Kardashian on the new series of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami on Sunday (January 20, 2013). "Like, seriously, what a waste of your time," Khloe said to Kim. "I feel like it was a dream. I feel like it never really even happened." Said Kim, "It's a really expensive dream that won't leave me alone. I'm annoyed about it, but I've taken it to a level where I'm like, I can't stress about this. The judge says we will be divorced in 2013." Poor Kris.

Against popular belief, a source has told HollywoodLife that Kris Humphries, who is still married to Kim Kardashian, would like nothing more than to be rid of her all together, especially now that she's pregnant with Kanye West's child. And, we all know that Kim can't wait to be free to marry Kanye, so what's taking so long?

"Kris is really focused on basketball and all he wanted was for Kim to admit that she only married him because she was forced to for ratings for E! but now that he can never get her to admit that, he wants this to be over," the source tells HollywoodLife. "He actually doesn't like the negative attention this is causing him and he wants Kim to continue moving on with Kanye. He wants the divorce to be over soon. You better believe it'll be done very soon, they'll be divorced before she gives birth." If only she'd confess she'd be rid of him forever! 

It was revealed on The Today Show earlier this week that Kim's baby is due in July (just like Kate Middleton) but there are fears that she wont be divorced from Kris by then! Speaking to Khloe, Kim said: "The judge says we will be divorced in 2013." Sadly, at the moment, divorce seems to be "A really expensive dream that won't leave [her] alone."

Kim Kardashian has confirmed that her ex-husband Kris Humphries is accusing her of fraudulently marrying him, though vehemently denies the allegations. Though the pair's divorce has been dragging on for months, Kim publically spoke about the specific accusations during an radio interview on Sway in the Morning on Wednesday (January 16, 2013).

It's been more than a year since Kim filed to dissolve her marriage from New Jersey Nets star Humphries, just 72 days after their lavish nuptials in Montecito, California. "[The marriage] is going on its second year, and that's really tough because I want to move on. I really want to move on with my life," said Kim, who is expecting her first child with new boyfriend Kanye West. "He's suing me for an annulment. He's claiming that I [committed fraud]. Who would ever do that? It's just not who I am. All those fake and fraud rumors got started because of that, and we have to deal with that and handle that," explained the reality star, who was appearing on the radio show with sister Kourtney. 

Kardashian - who claims to have been in love with Humphries - suggests staying married to him for the sake of public opinion would have been the real fraud. "I would have rather ended it when I felt that way, than waste a year of my life not being happy. But for him, too. I knew the whole world was going to bash me. I knew that. I said to myself, 'What's more important? My life and my happiness, or what the whole world thinks of me?" With pit-bull celebrity attorney Laura Wasser on her side, it's likely that Kardashian will be smiling come the conclusion of the high profile lawsuit.

Kim Kardashian is pregnant with her and Kanye West's first child: that much we know, though by Californian law, the rapper will not breeze through all the relevant legal channels as the kid's father. In Kim's home state, the husband of a pregnant woman is presumed to be the father of the child and should Kris Humphries lay claim to the kid, Kim and Kanye would be forced to present "clear and convincing evidence" to a judge, reports TMZ.com.

That being said, it wouldn't be too hard for the couple to prove that Kanye is the father, given Kris and Kim haven't been together for over a year now. Speculation suggests the baby was probably conceived while Kim and Kanye were together in Rome around 3 months ago. Nevertheless, there is a "rebuttal presumption" currently working in Humphries' favor, which no doubt adds to the complexity of the former couple's on-going divorce. The legal back-and-forth continued in late 2012, with the Brooklyn Nets player refusing to grant Kardashian a divorce unless she admits their marriage was a fraud and returns the $2 million engagement ring he gave to her.

Kanye announced the couple's baby news during a show in Atlantic City on Sunday (December 30, 2012), as Kim watched on from the audience. 

Ok, so even with Christmas and New Year to tackle, you've probably heard that Kim Kardashian is pregnant with her and Kanye West's first child. Rumors had been swirling for weeks, though the rapper announced the news to concertgoers during a show in Atlantic City on Sunday (December 30, 2012).

Kanye told the 5,000 strong crowd at the Ovation Hall at the Revel Resort, "Now you having my baby," before asking them to congratulate his "baby mom" and that this was the "most amazing thing." Kardashian confirmed the news on her Celebuzz blog, writing, "It's true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us.Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo." Once the news was out there, Kim's famous family took to their respective Twitter profiles to share their excitement. Mom Kris Jenner tweeted, "Oh BABY BABY BABY!!" while sister Khloe wrote, "Keeping secrets is hard with so many family members! Especially when you are so freaking excited!!!!!"

A Twitter discussion about possible baby names quickly began, with one user suggesting, "Kanye West & Kim Kardashian announced they're expecting a baby and I hear they've already picked out an adorable name for it...Antichrist." Another also went down the comedy route, writing, "I hope Kanye West & Kim Kardashian surprise us all by giving their baby a very normal name. Something like Barry. Or Clive." One fan offered a more serious suggestion, tweeting, "Remember Kim said she'd like to stick to the K name tradition if she had a baby? I suggest Kirsty? ;)"

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' divorce is turning into almost as much of a drama as their ridiculously brief marriage. In fact, it will be interesting to see how much longer the divorce proceedings last, in comparison to the 74-day marriage. The latest news from TMZ reveals that Kanye West has been deposed in the divorce case. If you’ve not been keeping up with Kim’s life (and we’re guessing you have – because she didn’t become Bing’s ‘most searched for person’ of the year for nothing, now, did she?), Kanye is Kim’s current squeeze.

The essence of the divorce proceedings are that Kris will be trying to contest the prenuptial agreement that he signed with Kim before they got married. That prenup, of course, left Humphries with zilch and he won’t be hapy with the way that his marriage was played out in the media, making him look more than a little foolish for getting caught up in the Kardashian drama, which has a habit of spilling out of their reality TV sows and into the tabloids and onto the gossip websites.

Kim’s lawyer, Laura Wasser says that Kim is “handcuffed” to Humphries and has expressed frustration that Kris is dragging his feet over the whole affair, describing the whole thing as a “fishing expedition.” A trial date will be set for February 15, 2012. So Kim and Kanye had better not plan a very raucous Valentine’s date… you don’t want to be in court with a hangover now, do you?
