Kristen Stewart has pulled out of 'Focus', while Will Smith is in talks to star.

The 'Snow White and the Huntsman' actress will no longer star in Warner Bros.' forthcoming heist thriller from 'Crazy, Stupid, Love' directors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa.

Meanwhile, the 'After Earth' actor is now in negotiations to play the lead male role in the movie, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The film was written by Ficarra and Requa with their 'Crazy, Stupid, Love' leads Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone in talks to star, however, the pair were unavailable at the time leading to Stewart and Ben Affleck being cast.

'Argo' star Affleck dropped out of the project last December, and producers are now targeting Smith to take the lead role.

Warner Bros. has reportedly been ''itching'' to work with Smith, who last collaborated with the studio for 2007's hit movie, 'I Am Legend'.

'Focus' follows a con man who falls for a young newcomer to the trade, but just as the pair plot a heist in Buenos Aires, his former flame re-emerges and their plan begins to derail.

Smith will next be seen in sci-fi drama 'After Earth' with his son Jaden Smith.
