Larry David will begin previews of 'Fish in the Dark' in February 2015.
Larry David, the co-creator of Seinfeld and star of HBO's 'Curb Your Enthusiasm', is to make his Broadway debut at the age of 67-year-old in 'Fish in the Dark', which he has also written. Previews for the play will begin on February 2, 2015 at the Cort Theatre, with the opening night set for March 5.

As with Curb, it looks as though David will be playing himself - or a version of himself - in the play.
"It might even be Larry David with a different name," the writer and actor told the New York Times.
"I haven't been in a play since the eighth grade, when I did Charley's Aunt," he said. "I seem to remember wearing a dress."

Little is known of the play, other than that it's a comedy about a death in the family. The supporting cast includes the Oscar-nominated Rosie Perez and Jerry Adler, best known for playing Hesh Rabkin on 'The Sopranos'. Anna D. Shapiro, who won a Tony award for her work on August: Osage County, will direct.
"I thought it would be pretty cool to write a play someday. I didn't think it'd be pretty cool to be in it. It's not like I would go to the theatre and look up on-stage and say "I could be in that". I didn't think of myself playing the character, but of course I write characters very close to me."
Both David's shows 'Seinfeld' - written with Jerry Seinfeld - and 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' were long-running TV hits.
