Lauren Conrad finds ''compromising'' tough.

The 29-year-old reality star adores being married to William Tell - who she tied the knot with last September - and making plans for the future, but she has also had to learn to be more considerate in order to make their relationship work.

She wrote on her website: ''My favourite thing about being married is knowing that I have a partner in life that I get to do so many wonderful things with.

''Dreaming of the things we will do in 20 years from now is so fun.

''The hardest is compromise. You always want to be considerate of each other. It's not just about you anymore.''

And one of the future plans the former 'Hills' star and her husband have been considering is the size of their family.

Asked in the website Q & A how many kids she wants, she replied: ''Maybe two... That way we aren't outnumbered.''

Despite her stylish appearance, Lauren insisted she doesn't shop very often, mainly because she can rely on her own labels for the things she needs.

She said: ''I shop on [website] Gilt a lot. Honestly, between my clothing lines LC Lauren Conrad and Paper Crown, I don't need to shop very often.''
