Lauren Conrad admits she's not dieting or sticking to a fitness plan in order to get in shape for her wedding day this summer.
Lauren Conrad isn't dieting for her wedding.
The former 'The Hills' star is set to marry fiancé William Tell in her native Orange County, California, this summer, but she insists she's not sticking to an extreme eating plan or fitness regime to get in shape for her big day.
Speaking to PEOPLE.com, she said: ''I'm not a huge fan of the gym, to be honest. When I have to go to the gym and put an hour in, I'm just staring at the clock. I really love food ... I'm not good at dieting. I try to make smart choices but just eat a little bit less.''
The loved-up couple, who got engaged last October, having been dating for over two years, but the blonde beauty admits they still go on regular dates.
She explained: ''It's just like any other couple with full-time jobs. You make date night and you have weekends, hopefully. Not [all] weekends, but some weekends. I'm really fortunate in that I get to do things that I love, so it doesn't feel like work. I think if you're doing something you love, it's not a lot. You're excited every day.
''We haven't been to a club together in a very, very long time, if ever. We probably entertain more than we go out, to be honest. I love just having a couple of people over for dinner. It's easier for me. I don't have to wear shoes. Everybody's happy.''
