Glee's Lea Michele unveiled her latest single 'You're Mine' on Monday (Feb 10th).

The 27 year-old singer/actress shared an intimate secret with her fans, explaining that the song was one of Corey Monteith's favorite's off her new album.

Back in November Michele told Elle Magazine, for that month's cover story, that 'Your're Mie' holds a special place in her heart because the song "makes me think so much of Cory. It was ours. When I think of him, I play this."

The song is featured on her upcoming solo debut studio album 'Louder', which is scheduled to hit the shelves on March 4th 2014.

Lea also shared with fans, via twitter, that the tribute track is her "favorite song on Louder."

Adding, "It's so special to me & it's story is so close to my heart."

Cory Monteith was found dead at noon on Saturday 13th July 2013, when he was staying at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in Vancouver. The corner lists Monteith's official cause of death as "mixed drug toxicity, involving intravenous heroin use combined with the ingestion of alcohol."

The new album isn't the only thing Michele has coming out, the 'New Year's Eve' actress is also releasing a new book which is a "part memoir, part how-to, and part style guide."

The publication's website, which has just revealed the art cover, describes Lea as "one of the hardest working performers in show business and she knows better than anyone that it is difficult to be your best self and keep things in perspective when your to-do list is overflowing and you are faced with challenges."

Adding, "A practical and inspirational guide to harnessing tenacity and passion, Brunette Ambition is about living the fullest life, no matter what obstacles life puts in your way."
