LISA SNOWDON loves to walk ''as much as possible'' to ensure she stays in tip-top shape.
LISA SNOWDON walks ''everywhere''.
The 43-year-old model - who previously dated George Clooney - loves to walk home from work on a daily basis in order to keep fit and also enjoys hitting the gym and taking part in yoga sessions in a bid to stay in great shape.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: ''I walk everywhere. I walk as much as I possibly can. When I finish work I like to walk home if I've got time, it takes about 45 to 50 minutes.
''I try to go to the gym and do yoga. Even just walking is good, something simple like walking up an escalator, just to get your heart rate up.''
The brunette stunner also admits coconut oil has changed her life for the better since she started using it and gets an ideal start to the day by chowing down on half a pink grapefruit every morning.
She added: ''If you just have half a pink grapefruit in the morning before you have anything else then you get over your full quota of Vitamin C and that sets you up for the day.
''Coconut oil is so good for you, too, and it's not fattening, it's great on sweet potatoes. Honestly, if you put a dollop of that on there it will change your life, it's so good.''
Lisa is working with sweet and juicy Florida Grapefruit to help the UK stay healthy. Loaded with vitamins, Florida grapefruit is perfect for a winter boost. For more information visit www.facebook.com/floridagrapefruit
