With fatherhood imminent, Louis Tomlinson is showing no signs of slowing down on the rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle, with a new report emerging that he was kicked out of a hotel earlier this week for trashing his room.

The One Direction singer is said to have enjoyed a big night out in Newcastle on Monday night (October 26th), after his band had performed at the city’s Metro Radio Arena, finishing up a three-night run at the venue. He was spotted entering the popular student nightclub Digital, famous for its 80p entry fee, having briefly stopped at Aspers casino with the rest of his bandmates.

One Direction star Liam Payne has reportedly split from girlfriend Sophia Smith after two years of dating. The pair were thought to be one of the strongest One Direction couples, as they had known each other since their schooldays before they began dating in 2013.

One Direction have announced they will play the SSE Arena in Belfast on Friday, after cancelling Tuesday night’s show when band member Liam Payne fell ill. The show on Tuesday evening was set to be the first of a three night run in Belfast for the boyband, however fans have been assured that tonight and tomorrow's shows are going ahead as planned.

One Direction have rescheduled their Belfast gig for Friday.

Writing on twitter Payne apologised to fans and said, "I'm so sorry to everybody I disappointed last night. I'm feeling better now. I really hope everyone can make the rescheduled date on Friday.”

The six acts in Cheryl Fernandez-Versini’s ‘Groups’ category on the ‘X—Factor’ have all undergone name changes during the judges’ houses round. The name changes are said to be due to ‘copyright’ issues, but it’s common practice in the groups’ category to give acts a rebranding before the live shows.

ITV has announced some pretty major names from the pop world as guests for the judges’ houses stage of ‘The X Factor’ over the next few weeks, the biggest of which is former alumnus of the show Louis Tomlinson who’ll be assisting Simon Cowell.

23 year old Tomlinson, who finished in third place on ‘The X Factor’ with One Direction back in 2010, will be helping Cowell choose which singers from the “overs” category will be going through to the live shows later in the series. Tomlinson will be replacing Cowell’s regular aide Sinitta in the chair, and ends speculation linking former judge Louis Walsh with the role.

The newcomers to the judging panel, Nick Grimshaw and Rita Ora, will be joined by ‘Uptown Funk!’ hitmaker Mark Ronson and American pop star Meghan Trainor respectively.

After being axed from the ‘X-Factor’ after 11 years, Louis Walsh has hit out at the show’s new judging panel and in particular DJ Nick Grimshaw. But despite no longer being on the series, the 63 year old has said he still tunes into ITV every Saturday and thinks the show's ratings will improve.

Take a deep breath, Directioners, they're not officially splitting up - and this apparently has nothing to do with Zayn Malik's departure from the band. Today it was revealed that Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan have agreed to an extended break of at least 12 months, starting in March 2016, to pursue solo projects.

The singer, who left the group earlier this year, took to Twitter on Saturday to congratulate his former bandmates on their first single since his departure, 'Drag Me Down'.

Just a day after Zayn Malik said that he had left them to make “#realmusic”, One Direction are showing that life continues without him as they dropped their first single as a quartet on Friday morning, entitled ‘Drag Me Down’.

The single made a surprise appearance on the iTunes store and Spotify at around 6:30am on Friday (July 31st), followed by its radio debut on BBC Radio 1 a couple of hours later. 1D’s Liam Payne also tweeted a link to the iTunes store, saying “Bit of a surprise! More news to rock the worlds of One Direction fans emerged today as reports suggest that Louis Tomlinson is to become a father. The boyband member is said to be expecting a baby with Los Angeles-based stylist Briana Jungwirth.

The rumours have not been officially confirmed at the time of writing, but People magazine reported on Tuesday evening (July 14th) that a source close to both parties told them: “Louis is happy and very excited about becoming a dad and he thinks Briana will be an amazing mother. It was a surprise at first, but he and Briana are very, very close friends and this has brought them even closer.”

Right, so it turns out that the fallout of Zayn Malik’s departure might be a bit more sensitive for everybody than One Direction’s management would like it to appear.

Zayn Malik has made his first public appearance since leaving One Direction, at the fifth Annual Asian Awards. The 22 year old debut a new shaved hairstyle at the event, where he was accompanied by his mother Trisha Malik.

The 22-year-old was presented with the award for Outstanding Contribution to Music at the ceremony, which was held at London's Grosvenor House Hotel. Accepting the award Zayn referenced his time in the million selling pop group and thanked his former bandmates.

One Direction star Louis Tomlinson is single again, after splitting from his girlfriend of nearly four years Eleanor Calder. The couple’s split was confirmed after tabloids published pictures claiming to be of the 23 year old and a ‘mystery brunette’ over the weekend.
