They include the lines: “Oh until it's all been said/ It's not over until your dying breath/ So what do you want them to say when you're gone?

“That you gave up or that you kept going on?/ What do you do when a chapter ends?/ Do you close the book and never read it again?

“Where do you go when your story's done?/ You can be who you want or you'll become/ If it all goes wrong.

"Darling just hold on/ The sun goes down and it comes back up/ The world still turns no matter what.”

In a heartbreaking statement, Johannah’s husband, Dan Deakin confirmed Johannah had lost her battle with cancer.

The statement said: “It is with immeasurable sadness that Johannah Deakin’s family said goodbye to Johannah in the early hours of Wednesday 7th December 2016.

“Earlier this year Johannah was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of leukaemia that required immediate and continuous treatment.

“Johannah was first and foremost a truly amazing mother to seven children – Louis (24), Lottie (18), Félicité (16), and two sets of twins, Phoebe and Daisy (12) and Ernest and Doris (2) – whose individual talents and success are testament to the principles and beliefs she instilled in them.

“She was also an incredibly proud grandmother to Freddie.”
